- The prize draw is open to all residents in the UK over 18, excluding employees and their families of Procter & Gamble, Boots and any other agencies professionally associated with this promotion. Purchase necessary.
- To enter simply purchase any Aussie product in participating Boots stores between 23rd January and 19th February 2013, retain your dated till receipt and text ‘AUSSIE’ to 81222. You will receive a text back thanking you for your entry. Standard network rates apply. You will not be charged for incoming texts. Winners must be able to provide their dated Boots till receipt as proof of purchase in order to claim their prize.
- The Promoter will not be liable for entries not received, incomplete or delayed due to technical reasons. No bulk or third party entries accepted. Last date for receipt of entries is 22.02.13 at midnight. All entries received by the closing date will be entered into a prize draw. The first entry number randomly selected by an independent person will win a holiday for four people to Australia. The prize covers return economy flights from London to Sydney, transfers in Australia, 7 nights bed & breakfast at Langham hotel Sydney, a scenic flight by seaplane and 4 nights bed & breakfast in the Beach Club Hamilton Island with use of catamarans, paddle skis, windsurfing and snorkelling equipment. Comprehensive travel insurance is included. The prize must be taken by 30th November 2013 and excludes Christmas, Easter and bank holiday periods. Winner and guests must have valid passports and any visa requirements are the responsibility of the individuals.
- The prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control.
- The winner will be notified by phone by 28.02.13. In the event of the claim for a prize not being received by the promoter within 7 working days of such notification, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
